Getting started

UpLift Me is a goal-tracking app that pays attention to what you actually log — not just whether you checked a box — and coaches you with specific, data-grounded nudges instead of generic reminders. It's built for goals that take longer than a few weeks: fitness, business, learning, parenting, recovery — the ones that matter enough to track properly.

Most habit trackers ask one question: did you do it, yes or no? UpLift Me looks at the whole picture — your trend, your consistency pattern, what happened right before a slip — and gives you an honest read on whether you're actually on track, not just how many days in a row you've shown up. See the Features page for the specifics.

About two minutes. Describe your goal in a sentence and UpLift Me suggests the fields, targets, and check-in rhythm worth tracking. You can accept every suggestion, change some of them, or build the goal manually from scratch.

No. Some goals genuinely need daily logging — a daily meditation practice, for example — and others don't, like a monthly savings goal. UpLift Me adapts to the check-in rhythm your goal actually needs, and grace days mean one missed day doesn't undo everything you've built.

UpLift Me is available on iPhone and iPad today. An Android version is on the way — it's not out just yet, but we're releasing it soon.

Goals & consistency

One missed day doesn't erase your progress. UpLift Me looks at your trend over time, not a single unbroken streak — so a missed Tuesday doesn't undo three good weeks. What matters more is what you do the next day, and the coaching reflects that.

A streak number can't tell the difference between real progress and just showing up. It also tends to create all-or-nothing thinking — miss one day and the whole streak, and often the motivation with it, resets to zero. We'd rather show you a trend that's still true even on the days you slipped. Read more on our About page.

Yes. Most people track a handful of goals across different areas of life — fitness, work, a creative habit — each with its own fields, targets, and coaching, tracked separately.

UpLift Me notices what you're actually writing about in your logs over time and can suggest new fields as your goal evolves, so your tracker doesn't stay frozen on what you cared about in week one.

Goal Health looks at your recent logs against your stated target and timeline — the pace you're actually moving at, not just whether you showed up — and gives you a plain answer along with the number behind it, like how much of a gap remains and how much time is left to close it.

AI & personalization

For the full explanation of how AI works throughout the app, see the AI page.

It means the coaching you see — your daily nudge, your weekly summary, your Goal Health read — is generated by looking at your specific logs, not pulled from a library of generic tips. The wording changes because your week changes.

No. Your logs are processed automatically to generate your coaching — nobody on our team reads your personal entries as part of how the app works. You can read exactly how your data is handled in our Privacy Policy.

Occasionally, like any automated system. UpLift Me is built to reference your actual numbers rather than invent them, but if a nudge or summary ever looks off, you can let us know right away — just shake your device to send a quick report from anywhere in the app.

Sometimes, yes — on purpose. If your trend is slipping, UpLift Me will say so plainly rather than soften it into vague encouragement. The goal is to be useful, not just to feel good for a moment.

It gets more specific as there's more of your own history to draw from — a Goal Health read in week one has less to work with than one written in month three.

Privacy & data

Your goals, logs, and personal notes belong to you, and they're used only to run the app and generate your coaching — never sold or used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for exactly how your data is stored, retained, and processed.

Yes. You can export your data at any time — JSON on every plan, plus PDF reports on Boost and Soar and CSV on Soar. And you can permanently delete your entire account and all its data from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No. UpLift Me does not sell personal data to advertisers, show ads, or track you across other apps. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-use policy.

Pricing & account

Yes — the Free plan tracks up to 3 goals with daily logging, streaks, reminders, and basic analytics, no time limit and no card required. Three paid plans (Lift, Boost, Soar) unlock more goals, full analytics, and the AI Coach. See the full Pricing page for exact numbers.

You can start right away with "Continue without account" and use UpLift Me on your device. Creating a free account lets your goals and history sync and back up to the cloud so they're safe and follow you to a new device — but that part is your choice.
